My husband and I are looking at buying land next year so would be so helpful to know - if you went through a land agent or - how did you find a land agent? someone who helped you find the plot? - did you buy with planning permission / is planning hard to get - did your land have utilities etc (guessing it did because of the old house) Thanks so much I’m so pleased I found your channel!!

I believe anyone can bid but you have to pay a hefty deposit to bid which is refunded if you don’t win anything
