Hello, guys from the USA I just wanted to go ahead and say you guys doing an awesome job. I've seen some details before. And you guys are just amazing, very thorough. Just wanted to say when you were talking and putting the roof rafters on the top of the top plate. Fact that 1 side is a double top plate. The other side is a single therefore creating pitch . That was only thing that you didn't say. Keep up the great work.

Cracking work boys,just one note, you should not cut steel coated cladding material with a grinder, it causes the coating to slightly burn and over time it will peel back and alow the material to rust, use a nibbler this doesn't cause any issues as it cuts. Keep the videos coming!

Absolute love watching you guys do a proper job. I'd love you guys to sort my new build garden . It's basically a blank canvas . Slabs run towards the build and a horrid slope which they couldn't be bothered to level off . I'd love an out building where the slope is and a garden I can enjoy. @shaneord75276 сағат бұрын
Is the edpm fire rated for the close boundary installation? I ask because this is pretty much exactly what my build is like. However, my intention is instead of the metal cladding back and sides, is to completely tank the panels with edpm. (I'll also be insulating the slab as I'll need to fix to the floor so can't insulate and board on top, it also gives me a bit more height inside being limited to 2.5m)

@homeimprovements thank you. Would you happen to know whether I can install some framing and decking slightly above the roof and make it a deck area that could be used for sunbathing etc. If I put some fencing around the edge would that affect the 2.5m high limit?
@treborsirrah791619 күн бұрын
When you put the corners on at the back could you only fix them at the top,as you could not get access to the bottom with the neighbour's fence in the way.
@homeimprovements17 күн бұрын
No we lifted panel up to fix at bottom also 😁
