I am 67 years young, and from what I have heard, mainly on KZbin, is amazing! Floor, your vocals on "LanternLight" are incredible! I cannot listen to it without crying! Yeah....1.99 meters tall and 300 lbs of ex-American Football player!!! And break down and cry because Tuomas' writing, piano playing, and your amazing talent has me listening to the songs over and over again! I now have two abstract paintings inspired by Nightwish's music! Oh.....Troy's last lines in "LaternLight" was totally unexpected.... and really finished off the song perfectly!

I'm going to a rough patch myself, I can't even imagine what you've been through. I wish you all the best. I will be 37 in a month and I've been listening to nightwish since 2004 (when I discovered it). Since I'm battling with some health issues as well I lost hope... kind of... everything is full of negativity (even people have changed since the pandemic I feel) and I can't bring myself to think more optimistic and I can't stop thinking that my life is not going the way I imagined - AT ALL. But I try to look forward instead of grieving the past (the "good times" when everything was alright). You are a beautiful soul! And maybe I get to see you in concert again. It would make my entire decade. I can't wait to listen to the new album! Much love from Austria :)

It makes ne happy to here the little ones in the background. The new record is wonderful. Many great songs, however one of the special highlights is of course "Lantern Light". The video, the music, and your vocal performance are hauntingly beautiful and so emotional. As usual. I really think it deserves a world class award to one of the best videos of the year. Master piece in my opinion, congratulations to the Quintet, I like the reaction videos to An Ocean of strange islands, where they were impressed by the speed of the vocals. And it is enjoyable to those of us who try to find the meaning to Tuomas lyrics, and i always find it to be an education

It’s a wonderful album filled with poetic metaphorical lyrics, beautifully executed classical piano and string elements combined with bombastic brass from the orchestra. The heavy guitar riffs and powerful bass lines and ridiculous drums are only equaled by your stunning vocals. I have listed start to finish at least 10 times and there isn’t a track I want to skip. To me that’s a masterpiece of an album. You should all be very proud of it.
