Love your videos. I always learn something. Don't think your glass company made a one-time measurement oopsie. We had an arch & paned window replaced and it took them 5 tries! They measured wrong each time! It was ridiculous. In the end - I should have just done what you did and measured and replaced it myself. I care more about my window than they did about their profit. Replacing the window 5 times must have cost them a fortune. Not to mention my time hosting them for yet another window replacement.

Umm did you blame the glass shop for the window pane being too small when you improperly measured it in the beginning? lol

Haha no, I never measured the glass pane, the glass repair rep came and measured the glass and ordered a glass pane with the measurements he took. The problem is, he took the measurements without removing the glass stops on the back, so he just estimated the width & height. Either way, lessons learned to remove the stops and double check the measurements myself in the future :)
