I do that with confession like your friend... going to another town to another church. 😅 The potatoes in jackets are left in their skins, washed - not boiled, and put in the oven until fluffy inside and slightly crispy skin - called "Jacket Potato". In the UK, we have butter and cheese and baked beans on top after sliced open (separately, or all three). Like that they are just boiled potatoes (but with skins).😊

@UkrainianSoulsYA A shortcut is pricking a large potato a few times with a fork, putting in a microwave for 5 mins, then an oven (about 180ºC) for 20 mins. Traditionally, it's just straight in the oven for 2-3hrs! But sooooo long! Good luck! 👍

You probably aren't interested, but if like to show you a couple of ways to make it and you never know, you could try different world cooking on your channel? I have my channel so I can talk to one of my kids as she wants to see how I'm doing while she's away training in the army.
