Coming from someone who did data entry/analytics for 10 years and now a designer, Notion is truly powerful without paying thousands of dollars to equivalent programs. Notion can also be thought of as a CRM, ERP system for smaller businesses.

Great to see the details on how Notion is being used with a team like this. I'm experimenting with Notion right now after 10 years with Evernote. Not quite ready to switch over to Notion, but I have this feeling that I'm headed that direction. The more I learn about it, the more I like it.

Woah I actually requested a video about @thefutureishere Notion setup on twitter a few months ago and well I guess my wish has been answered! I can't wait to get stuck in. Will update my comment when I've watched it! edit: I thoroughly enjoyed this! It was great seeing some of the layouts and I think I'll definitely be adopting that in the future. Still can't get over the Matthew uses the light mode though aaa.

I just started dabbling into Notion to run my business and team, and this confirms even more how great this tool is. I think we'll get rid of Trello soon :) I only wish there was a way to share workspaces with external freelancers without having to subscribe to an extra account for them (this can add up very quckly!)

They do have an offline mode, but it isn't great! They are working on it, as a big focus. The spreadsheet mode, what do you mean by this? :-) Would it be a focused mode for spreadsheet/table work?

I'm curious about why he doesn't use a master task list. It is obvious that he has huge amount of projects and tasks to handle and they are all in their own space. However, doesn't he feel a bit overwhelmed by tasks all over?
