LOL, I did same thing with the release of pressure and blew stuff everywhere. I believe it was you that talked me through it and got me on the right track. Have since added same 90 degree bend to the same chamber you have.

Thanks for sharing Johnny. I made the same mistake the first time I used mine and relieved the vac too quick...boy what a mess. At least when the pastisol cools its easy to clean up. Also too much in a cup then you have to watch for over flowing/exspansion and then burping the chamber.

Good points to make. Sometimes that happens if they are too full. And yea that’s a fun mistake when you’re new to it. Haha Fixed everything with that little 90degree angle in there. Thanks for watching 🤙

Do you usually do this after adding colorant and glitter?

Yes after it’s been up to a conversion temp of 350 degrees and color and flake has been added and I’m ready to pour. That’s when it’s ready to vacuum. That’s the last step before it’s pour into a mold.

Where did you get that elbow and is it called an elbow

Amazon has them. It’s just a 90 degree elbow 1/4 size I believe
