Video would be way better if you got to the point all of this could easily be condensed to 10 minutes max and put etfs listed in the description

I actually had this decision to make in July. I invested in disruption and AI. Tesla TSLA 40 Hyperion HYGG 15 DigitalX DCC 15 MicroStrategy MSTR 10 Bitcoin VBTC 10 Palantir PLTR 10 And I virtually bought all the highs before the Japanese swing trade lows of early August😢 so being up 39% as of today 14Nov24. Most of the gains are from the US shares but I still need to account for tax (I'll deal with that later). I think future me will be quite happy.

I love that this content is helping people learn to invest. Some of advice given should be given on the basis of research. For example recommending a geared ETF is not supported by any evidence.

If you're after 'physical' Bitcoin for diversification, doesn't EBTC provide holders exposure to Bitcoins held in cold storage?
@TarikSammour6 күн бұрын
Yes and no. It's in cold storage, but it's not in YOUR cold storage. If you are an individual, buy bitcoin and learn to HOLD IT YOURSELF (much safer).

What's the point of even bothering with a sattelite when you said yourself, even professional investors, struggle to beat the market over a long period of time. Why even advise someone who wants to dca an etf portfolio and forget about it to even bother with speculative assets when it will almost certainly just bring down their overall return? It really makes zero sense to me, i guess you are saying this is what you personally would do with a 100k if you had it but it seems kind of silly to even advise someone to bother with a satelite

Amazing content! Thanks guys. completely agree about India. Numerous international banks are engaging in discussions regarding India.... Meanwhile, China has recently refinanced over a trillion dollars in debt, indicating a decline in confidence.

What about PM gold ?
@Jonesy-f5v6 күн бұрын
Government can take PM away from you. Or you find out that the PM doesn't even have your gold anymore. If you go physical gold (and silver!!!), put it into a vault, not even a bank. It appears as a cost but once you talk about $10k or more, definitely worth the $80 per annum in a vault. If SHTF you want full control of your gold.

With a 72% CAGR over 10 years, Bitcoin is the only option. In comparison, the S&P 500 has an 11% CAGR over 10 years. Buy, hold in cold storage, chill. Simple. Also Monochrome has a Bitcoin ETF in Australia : IBTC which has in kind redemtion. Etherium is not even a option and should be removed from your vocabulary.
@NLaw135 күн бұрын
Why no etherium?
@nicholasnestor8815 күн бұрын
Etherium is controlled by Vitalik Buterin, had a pre mine where 80% was distributed between him and his friends, moved from PoW to PoS, highly centralised, and has no limit on supply. Vitalik can change the rules of Etherium whenever he wants. Which he has multiple times since he created it. Bitcoin has no owner, a distributed ledger with a fixed set of rules, a max supply of 21M, and uses PoW. There is no difference between Etherium and a CBDC. If you want to put your hard earned money into the hands of someone else, then buy Etherium. If you want to put your hard earned money into the best asset that has ever been created, buy Bitcoin.
