Your fear of the house catching fire while naked ACTUALLY happened to me. I was taking a shower at the time, home alone, female, 13 years old. I climbed out the bathroom window naked as the hallway was on fire and couldn't go that way. Wrapped the towel around my face to keep the smoke out. To be fair it's not inherently wrong to not bring up your editor much, heck some editors probably don't want to be in the spotlight. But I do agree that it's good when KZbinrs show appreciation for their editors, even if that's just them occasionally mentioning them and saying that they do a great job. Also I do love Kris and Jay's dynamic and I do agree that Kris does a great job at taking care of Jay. So yeah hope this response came across right and not at all aggressive or anything like that. Are you just voicing your thoughts out loud, ie asking yourself questions or trying to think of a solution for something? Then that’s not weird. It would be more weird if someone didn’t do it. On the other hand, if someone is having full blown deep conversations with themselves, especially if the line between reality and fake is blurred during said conversations, then I will say that is “weird” or somewhat problematic. And that’s from someone who does both of these things 😅 It’s definitely an issue when the scenarios I create in my alternate world and act out irl bleed into actual reality and I kinda “lose” myself lol

Not only do I talk to myself, I do it at the same volume as a normal conversation and, if I'm walking somewhere, I stop talking when someone passes. Weirder, though, is that I still stop talking even if I'm actually talking to someone else, and so does the person I'm talking to, and so do the people passing by if they are talking to each other. If I see someone with a cool top or hairstyle or something, I'll typically compliment the person, maybe ask a follow-up like what salon they recommend or where they got the clothing item. Makeup too. Even just someone exuding light, if that makes sense. I've had a handful of people who were weirded out but that's so few and far between. When a stranger compliments you, you tend to feel better. You know it's genuine as well. I love seeing people's faces light up and making things a little less crappy. I think we should be doing that far more often.
