How well did our Jeep Gladiator do in snow ?

With 5+ inches of snow in Middle Tennessee and its time to take one of our fleet out again.
This time our 2021 Jeep Gladiator gets its chance to ride around in this winter wonderland.
The Jeep is such a different driving experience vs out 2021 Ford Bronco but will we enjoy it as much in the cold weather? Join Dave as he takes the 2021 Willys Gladiator out for a spin in the snow.

I wish every manufacturer would offer a proper 4x4 with a transfer case that can shift to neutral, the shift on the fly has it's advantages but I would rather have a stick to engage 4x4

Idk… by the looks of what has been coming out it seems that a 4x4 auto/ AWD setup with an electric Low range is what everyone wants to go to. I agree though, the 4x4 setup in my old Nissan Xterra was simple and fail safe.

Sweet video. I have to agree with traditional transfer case stick. I also agree I wish manufactures would follow Jeep/ Bronco lead and give us some old school 4x4's. Chevrolet definitely missed mark on the car SUV Blazer. They should have build a convertible K5 Blazer

when it is winter time or cold outside how is the temperature inside of a Gladiator if saw they are cold even when you turn on the heater? I want to buy one but still, think about it for this. Thanks.

The seat heaters are amazing! Jeep knows how to warm a Wrangler/Gladiator. We haven’t had any issues with a cold truck

Question I have same model Willy’s. Today k was going up a hill in 4x4 in the snow and it started to buck, not sure if I wasn’t giving it enough gas? Just was curious if you have experienced this at all?

@@AllTerrainNation I think it may have been, I think it may have without it in too. Maybe I wasn’t giving enough gas, was really low rpm when it did it

You will feel this if turning while in 4x4. The wheels turning at the same speed while making a turn will cause inside tires to lag a little bit.

Is the gladiator well balanced or is it a little light in the rear end? Like a traditional truck is.

I feel like it’s pretty balanced. I haven’t noticed it being light

It’s a little light like other trucks, imo. I put weight in the back when driving in snow.

Dude your lost ! Broncos garbage 🗑! Get a ruby gladiator! I go through mountains ⛰️ each month with ruby! I've pulled out broncos 3× in the last year ! Go through snow chief! 2 feet is the test

I don't know Dave, it kind of felt like Kelly had dibs on the Bronco and you went ahead and took the Gladiator. Hahahaha. Just kidding. NOT! No I am. I'm seriously thinking of getting a Diesel Gladiator Rubicon and slapping a mopar 2" lift and 1" leveling kit on it to get some 37's on it. Then after I beat it up for 3 years I can slap some 40's on it. Peacccccccce OUT! Jim
