i've completed the game using PS5 controller, sometimes i forget myself, it feels like playing on normal console, but when you play more than one hour continually, in some areas i notice drops in framerates, but overall it's very good for ones who love resident evil on the go.

I play on iPhone 15 pro max I use a phone cooler to keep it from thermal throttling. Couple it with xreal air AR glasses it’s awesome.

use hair strand option if its thier in ios in pc it's there if u on it hair will look better

Hi Light 👋 Unfortunately there is no option for the hair or any advanced graphical options. Village has more options. Hopefully it will be added in a future update, especially when we get even more powerful iPhones and iPads in the future.

@@andysubba01 Hey Andy, wow that’s a way of playing games on an iPad I haven’t even though of 😁 If you can use your vita with other iOS games then I’m pretty sure Resident Evil 4 will pick it up as well.

Hello 👋 yes it works on iPhone 15 pro max. Looks very nice on the screen. Resolution is a little on the low side but when you hold your phone in your hands it looks good 👍 😊

Hi Purvanshu 👋 I would start over and delete the game - redownload it - start it and when downloading the in game content - stay with it so that your iPad doesn’t go into sleep mode. Unfortunately that can happen and pause the download. And of course make sure you have enough free memory on your iPad. It’s big 😎

What is the in-game resolution also 720p like on the iPhone....? Actually, care was taken during development to ensure that it runs well on iPhone and iPad 😅

Hello, resolution is as follows: iPhone 15 Pro: 1560 x 720 iPad Pro (M1/M2): 1600x1118 - 1920x1440. All with MetalFX upscaler running.

There are some regions it is not available in. I recommend changing your app store region the United States.

Will probably stick to PS5 Remote Play either on iPad or PS Portal. Quality is probably similar and I only need to pay for the same PS5 version and not buying an extra one for iOS -> will you prepare a comparison video btw Remote Play and Narive version of RE4 / Village on iPad?

I was under the impression if you bought RE4 at least for iPhone, it gave you access for the consoles also.

⁠@@DKN808hello 😊 Unfortunately you’ll have to buy the game for each platform separately. I wish it was different too since I like playing my games on many different platforms as well and don’t want to rebuy stuff I already own. Right now Resi 4 is 50% off though for iOS.

Yes I should make remote play video, good idea 👍 Resi as remote play will look better especially since you won’t have to deal with the heavy metal fx upscaling. A native iOS version is good for times where you have no internet like on a plane or a train.

Hello 👋 Thank you so much! I don‘t think capcom is going to support anything below 15. I know it sucks, but in a way this is a test run from capcom to see if there is an audience for AAA gaming on mobile so they might not put too much effort in into supporting and testing too many devices at once. But you never know, if the game sells well capcom might update it for more devices in the future. Fingers crossed, I do enjoy having those AAA games on our iDevices.

My question is… unless you never played RE4 before. Why would anybody want to play a far inferior way to play the game. Don’t get me wrong… I wanted to play this game. I already played the original release though. I also bought villiage on the iPhone and I already played that on stadia… it was ($15 + $10 for dlc on iPhone)The reason I bought villiage was because you could change resolution as well as a lot more settings and either play handheld or connect it to a tv or monitor with a display link… and it looks better than streaming it from the cloud on switch… you can’t do that with re4 it’s stuck at 720p and that thrown out on a bigger screen looks like trash. The only way I would play RE4 again is if I could play it with better graphics… or EVEN if I had the option to put it on the big screen without it looking like dog poop. Otherwise… I’m essentially playing the same version of the game that I played (graphically) when I first played it when it release on the Xbox 360 years ago….

I think it’s a video capturing issue making image look way worse. Played RE4 on my iPhone 15PM and it’s very clear and detailed.

@hamaguitar…I haven’t played RE4 since GameCube in ‘05 so I can’t compare that. But I played RE Village on my PS5, and I have to say the iPhone is quite impressive on both RE4 and Village.
