This means the state intended to arrest Charlie back in 2016, but did not, leaving his case file open without official charges. She may not have pulled the trigger but she knew of a plan and took part in the plan. Her mom and dad trying to flee the country shows they too were involved. I hope she is shaking in her shoes and doesn’t know a days peace. It’s what she deserves for the bell she had put Dan’s family through.

As Georgia has said in closing arguments of Katherine Magbanua’s trial, “The motive is clear, it’s undisputed that the divorce between Wendi Adelson and Dan Markel was a particularly nasty one…….”. Wendi had the motive. The tv is clearly code. Donna’s emails to her corroborate her involvement with their HATRED for Dan and that they needed to defeat “Jibbers”. ANY INNOCENT PARENT would immediately call the other parent when viewing the yellow police tape, IMMEDIATELY. But she doesn’t. She tells investigator that she wasn’t sure if she was a suspect in the car ride even though she hadn’t been told Dan was shot until she got to the police station. Fake crying in the interrogation. But Georgia knows these details and more, she left no stone unturned. The father of a woman’s children does not get murdered by the ex in-laws UNLESS the mother of those children authorizes the hit. These circumstances against wendi are overwhelming. This is the definition of a circumstantial case where all provable circumstances point to wendi. They had less circumstantial evidence against Scott Peterson and he got convicted.

I’m sure Wendi is torturing herself watching videos like this. It’s frightening to know that there is a lawyer like this that gave her blessing to murder the father of her children. She knew she could not match wits with Dan’s brilliance! And so she snuffed out his life and future. She ended all his physical relationships here on earth. She will be next. Charlie will flip. He’s over helping his sister.
@Elizabeth.C.Holmes11 ай бұрын
@FixingOurFamilyCourts I agree. It probably burned her that Dan's credentials, experience, and training were on such a high level, something she wanted and thought she had. He ran circles around her in the legal field. I commend him for wanting the marriage to work but when it didn't, he moved on and came out with both guns a blazing to take care of his boys. Soon Wendi will be wearing orange and manipulating others in prison to get soap, shampoo, chocolate, etc.

This family was so odd. A thousand other scenarios would have been a better defense than the broken TV scam. Also wasn't she marking some papers on line that morning. She wanted Jeffrey to be her witnesss that the TV was damaged so when she called The Geek Squad to come over to repair the TV, her "alibi" would be solid. But, she drove by the crime scene. Then, pretended she didn't know anything in the interview room. Then, she called two people who she knows hates Dan to give them the sad news. She thought Jeff was going to offer to be her hitman, but when he didn't take the bait and fall for her crocodile tears, or sob stories, she tried to set him up.

Wendi has to be a serious psychopath. So many signposts of her giving the middle finger to the judiciary; the owl T shirt, the Bullet Bourbon, the insistence on watching a broken TV, the repeated jokes about the TV/hitman, so many coincidences/convenient occurrences - she’s laughing her head off. Sick, sick woman (entire family!). How can anyone think she’s not involved?

Another thing is why would Wendi call Charlie about the tv,when he was in Miami,and she was 6 hours north,in Tallahassee? She had plenty of money to buy a new one.I agree that the repair guy was an alibi,to distance herself from the crime.

The biggest red flag is all of them making such a big deal about repairing this tiny, inexpensive TV. They ALL had plenty of money and could have replaced it immediately. Jeff even offered but Wendi wasn’t having it. I guarantee you those boys didn’t break that TV. It’s a shame no one could have asked them right after Dan was murdered…. They would have blown the entire TV lie up in my opinion.

@@JackieOlanternBest question is why is Wendi, the smart ass lawyer having to check with her family about repairing or replacing a TV. This is not an earth shattering decision that needs the Adelson family approval. Another big red flag and very sus😮😮

Charlie said in jailhouse calls this is an inefficient alibi and therefore no alibi. But one of Wendi’s strategies is to do exactly what a guilty person would not do: 1. Make a joke about a hit man on the morning of, 2. Drive by the crime scene, 3. Schedule a repair that could be changed. So that’s exactly what she did, thinking to herself it’s brilliant… only an innocent person would do these “coincidences” and subpar alibi. But what guilty person would schedule geek squad on morning of hit? What guilty person would say Charlie and her parents? Alibi still works for her purposes. But I think the tv is less alibi than it is a cover to explain why they all have to communicate that morning. And there are so many contradictory statements Wendi makes that I can’t imagine her immunity agreement would hold. Wendi made two calls to her mother. I’ll bet the first non-answer was actually Wendi hanging up as code that she was going to be calling from police station.

@@lizdahl847 Exactly. Making a big deal out of nothing. In one of the phone calls from jail between Charlie and Donna, Charlie thought that a better alibi would have been for Wendi to be at the spa or something like that. Television sets have not been repaired in-home for decades. People raised in the 40's-60's were familiar with tv repairmen. Donna and Harv would believe "waiting for the tv repairman" sounds sensible in this day and age. This points to the complicity of each of the Adelsons in this murderous plot.
