From a reliable source in South Florida, Wendis attorneys have told her to be expected to get arrested once and if Donna is convicted. They are already prepping her for the case. Also Per FBI reports Wendi’s phone search 3 days after the murder Three days after Markel was killed, a judge signed a search warrant for information on Wendi Adelson’s phone and investigators began searching her Web browser and email records. On her computer, investigators found Google Chrome keyword searches for Markel’s girlfriend Amy Adler, Adler's ex-husband and Adler's brother. They also found that Wendi Adelson had googled herself numerous times and searched several porn sites for “teacher/student porn.”

And not just 1 or 2 family members. But four! One wasn't even directly affected by wether Dan lived or died. These are educated people too. The risks certainly didn't outweigh the benefits. Especially for Charlie. I understand Donna was insulted by what was on the table with the custody battle. Still can't believe her mind would turn to murder. A life in prison or waiting a few years for resentments to blow over. I just cannot comprehend what they all collectively chose to do. What a loss for so many. Dan seemed to be a remarkable man. I said the exact same thing, stop after lunch or leave 20 minutes early for the party and pick it up. Wendi was her own worse enemy which made me wonder if she actually wanted them all to go down, believing she did such a great job covering her tracks that she’d never be charged..

Thank you Carl for making this video… And her behaviour and her own words in court are evidence also … why wouldn’t she if she thought her brother was innocent be in court every day to support her brother???? And why wouldn’t she support her mother if she was innocent? It doesn’t make sense if she’s innocent but it makes perfect sense if she’s guilty! If I was the prosecutor I’d be asking her question after question regarding her lack of support for her brother and now her mother, why why why ??? She behaves likes she’s involved in Dans murder.. her behaviour in court is something the jury should be considering if she’s charged and I’d be charging her with numerous multiple counts of perjury also !!!!

One of the first things Wendi mentioned about her family was that even though her parents were angry with Dan, they would never talk badly about him to the children. Clear evidence she had upcoming court appearances on her mind.

The Daybell trial is probably a good indication of how a murder conspiracy trial will go against wendi. Of course for chad, the children found on his property is a big mark against him. But wendi has so many more direct evidence, like driving by the scene, her communications friends and family, her own interview, driving by the scene and her motivation. I don't understand why she has not been arrested. Really there is no good reason not to.

Appreciate the commentary and perspective. Just hoping Ruth is able to see FULL justice for her only son! I hope too the boys one day SEE it all and change their names back. I hope too that the Markels bring civil suits once Wendi and Harvey are convicted. Great shoe as usual!

Listen, Wendi knows how to navigate the legal system and for the past decade its worked for her. She wants the world to think she's the most intelligent lawyer there ever was in Florida! Wendi's pleased at the work she's done! After all, she's got what she wanted and has got away with it to date.

Another "oddity " by Wendi, the owl shirt. Luis Rivera posted a picture of an owl the night before the murder. Katie demanded he remove it immediately! Also, the impromptu lunch with friends, unshowered in her owl shirt. 🦉 Wendi was always nicely dressed in public, another out of character coincidence 🤔

Great commentary Carl. The odds of Wendy completing all those tasks before and after AND it being a coincidence certainly is astronomical. One of the most compelling pieces of evidence for me is her discussion with Charlie (the guy who arranged the hit) for 15 minutes the MORNING of the homicide regarding whether she should repair or replace her TV, and THEN she drives by the crime scene. No jury will believe she is innocent.

❓️❓️Did Wendi drive to Trescott to be the one to discover Dan's body? He had wanted to discuss the school choice that Wendi had made for the boys and they were going to meet later. She knew there would be no later for Dan and she could have pretended to be there to discuss this subject and found Dan shot in the garage. Thank god for the neighbor who heard the gunshots!!

Thanks Carl and John, another great update.
