Thanks mam for sharing but just one correction.. Throughout pregnancy you should keep your body weight balanced.. You have leaned forward while doing squats which is not a correct posture. Leaning forwatand doing squats will cause back pain.. I did it in my 5th month casually like this and landed up in back pain.. So keep your weight balance .. Head and knee should be inlined😊

Can I start these exercises from 19th week?

I would say wait till 20 weeks and clear with your gyne, if u are comfortable then only begin with MILD exercises. Then gradully progress here.

Hi can start squats from 17 week of pregnancy

Do not do deep squats at this time, very light ones only to begin with. Progress very slowly too.
