Thank you so much ma'am. You are really a great influencer with respect to fitness and a holistic approach towards healthy living. The world needs many more ppl like u regarding fitness basics. There are many ppl like me who exactly do not the root cause and science behind these fat deposition around certain areas of the body. Lack of education regarding fitness makes us even more prone to injuries and a non-healthy living. Very well explained abt the lower body strength and its correlation. I really appreciate it and I'm even motivated to start a lower body workout from today. Thank you so much ma'am. 🙏🙏

Rujuta today my fasting sugar was 98and pp108.That too after not eating any medicine for last 8-9days.Thank you so much for your right guideness about Diabetes ,please say something more on how to refuce fat on stomach ,what to eat and what not to eat.Thanks a lot.God bless you.

Following your diet tips has actually filled me with so much energy that I have begun to exercise regularly and feeling so energetic throughout the day... Hi Rujutha, i love your channel and you straight-in-the-face advise, I have a query - i am 42 yrs old and i have severe pain in my knees when i do squats and lunges, i am obese, and i guess that does not help. Is there anything else i can do to manage this pain and continue exercising?

Do leg stretchings...... Wear chappal during house work. Apply ice pack if not having that roll cold water bottle over it.dont over work..

It's increased Vaat in heal area, simple remedy, strech heal area regularly, even while u r watching TV ,oil massage, dip in hot or warm water for some time. Chk your Uric Acid level.

@@Aurora_Norway2000 For workout there is a simple rule, when you lift weight (also body weight) exhale and when you release it inhale. You can watch fittuber and beerbiceps videos for more😊.
