The hotel looks good the problem is the fact that there are zero sidewalks, drainage, cross walks, lights etc around it!

They did build a cement drain that's connected to the old one looks I will book there if the price is right.

I think it’s time to end the dumping of building materials on the streets of the fastest growing economy. These materials are a hazard to everyone using the roads.

It seems like the public easements (for sidewalks, drains and other utilities) bordering these new large projects are being ensnared as reserved commercial parking spaces for the business. Most cities charge for the right to temporarily restrict sidewalk or other boundary area access during construction. Clearly here, the intention is to retain that exclusivity going forward. It's public property not a private parking area. Concrete drains are more sanitary indeed but the overall drainage system has a limited capacity. Concreted areas represent a reduction of the natural soak-away capacity thus system surge drainage capacity needs to be increased accordingly. Rain can no longer absorb into earth so it has to be conducted away at an increased rate.

I don't know what sidewalk or parking they have built there but from my observation, where and how the water will drain? They have built it with a slope but there are no water traps. In a heavy down pour of rain flooding will accur around this building 😢

The water will drain around the hotel but it won't matter bc the rest of the block around it will flood whenever there's significant rainfall!

What is the hotel capacity, and what is the ratio to parking space? I think the parking lot should have been three to four stories high to accommodate guest and staff. This is just my opinion.
