Good day bro. Thanks so much for your tutorials. Pls I observed that some rides on the bolt app come with compensation from bolt. My question is: how does the driver get the compensation...? How does it work? Thank you.

Good day, when there's compensation or discount by bolt for riders, the money goes to your wallet. when you check your balance on the app, you'll see it. however, bolt also collects their commission from there. so, at the end, if you have a positive balance above N1,015, bolt will credit you on Monday. if Monday is holiday, it will land in your account the next working day. you can also do Early Cashout. they charge N15 for that. you'll see the button under the balance. for more information, you can check the beginners tutorial video. thanks

Yes. Note, all moneys earned are yours. like your other businesses, accept any means of payment that is suitable for the rider. either way, the money comes to you. Bolt only collects commission. while bolt helps you collect your money when it's a card trip, for cash trips you collect the money by any means suitable for you and your rider. I hope this helps.
