@@boltguy84 thank you,Evan im from South Africa.I need to please ask you a question.So if i have my auto confirmation on and im taking my rider to their destination; if i get a request what should i do? Or does the auto confirmation kick in after i drop my rider at their designated destination

@@desigangovender5585 thanks you Govender. It's simple, if you're on a trip and auto confirmation is on, 3 to 4min to the end of your ride, you can get an overlapping ride. And it's picked automatically. The rider gets an alert that you're finishing a ride nearby. When you complete your ride, you can now go pickup the next rider that is already waiting for you. BUT THIS IS WHAT I DO, WHEN I AM ON A RIDE, I TURN OFF NEW ORDERS. SO I DON'T GET ANOTHER RIDE UNTIL I FINISH ONE. I hope this helps. Thanks again

Ohh your video is helpful and easy for us new driver, my challenge now is to navigate the app for directions and clients sometimes cancel due to my delay, kindly help me regarding the map navigation please

I'm glad the videos helped. as for the map, you should know your city pretty well. if you don't know the city too well, call the rider, ask them to tell you how best to get to where they are. if the rider is a stranger too, that's when you use the map but try and ask someone to give you the shortest route. especially with cities where the mapping is poor. I hope this helps.

Nice video. Problem is that nobody shows you what to do if there are problems. I have been driving for 3 days and all my card transactions come up with trip cancelled but I completed the trip. No payment from Bolt/Go and they don't want to help in trying to recover the money. Customers give wrong pick up points. Google maps takes you all over the place sometimes. I have lots of questions regarding problems
