As a Panthers fan during game 5 I did have to mute the game and turn away from watching it at times. And I was swearing. I felt like the Panthers owner. I wanted to throw a water bottle. If this isn't a collapse , in real time, one for the ages, I can't think of anything that would make it more so. Maybe another 8 -1 blowout? The Panthers goalie is letting in weak shots, Edmonton's penalty killers score more goals than the Panthers power play, And McDavid is again magical. Best Florida can hope for is to keep the next two games close.

Panthers are my team from day one. Diehard fan. And i can tell you its a mix of sadness anger anxiety and acceptance mixed with confusion and non acceptance and more anger and a feeling of barphing or aka puking. Or laughing while crying and becoming mad and smashing shit in an alley. Suffering for the last 30yrs. We are too close. We dont just deserve this cup we need it.

I'm originally from Edmonton, the 780 baby! I'm a hugh Oilers fan. I'm well known for having dreams and visions that come exactly true as I see it. And the good news is I had a dream that the Oil were going to have a dynasty in which they will win the Stanley Cup in 2025, 2026, and in 2027. But then I also had another vision in which the Oil win the 2024 Stanley Cup but they never win another Cup ever again. Then I ask why this was and saw a horror. It was a horrible plane crash that somehow happened as a result of the Oil winning the Cup in 2024. It was the most ungodly horrors to ever happen in hockey. Honestly, I woke up very worried about our players. I do not want them to win on Monday night. The happy ending comes with patience. I love my Oilers too much to ever allow this to happen. Let's all pray for the safety of our players 🙏 We'll be getting our justice in the years to come.

Sergei Bobrovsky has proven to be a playoff choke artist throughout his career, great in regular season but sooner or later he has always folded in the playoffs. This year is the furthest he's gone, three straight wins in the Stanley Cup finals. As spectacular as McDavid has been, this series hinges on whether Sergei Bobrovsky again folds up like a cheap tent or whether "Bob" finally rids himself of his choke moniker, for once and for all.

I would love it if the Oilers had their Cinderella moment but let's be honest, the Panthers were in that last game and came back to almost tie it. It's not like their goaltending has vanished either.
