I'm so glad to have heard about your experience! I also found myself in that limbo of grief after the deaths of several important people in my life. Quite miraculously, a baby grand piano was gifted to me in that darkest hour. I started relearning piano; it had been 45 years since my last lessons. Music became my lifeboat. Within months, my greatest joy became songwriting. I write songs for my friends...it started with a baby shower and a song for the one soon to arrive. And they just keep coming. And yes, what a healing it has been for me, to gift these songs. And yes, I would also propose that the joy of gifting music one on one like this actually far exceeds that obtained from popularity or fame. Hugs to you, kindred spirit.

Almost got into a car accident, maybe two weeks ago. I was just thinking about it before you played Daniel's song. It would have definitely killed me or left me in a vegetative state, and maybe my sister who was on the passenger side. I have taken your song as a I sign from God. Thank you
