Yes absolutely! I did not grow up poor but my parents did. I always felt inferior of people who had money 🤷‍♀️ I never thought too much about this. Interesting!

7:40 Very true for me. Both my parents were quite irresponsible and immoral, particularly my father. I am opposite of that, always gravitating heavily towards straightness and righteousness. But that's no golden rule. My brother was different. His compensaton to the parents apparently was not in the ethical domain, but having courage and being opportunistic.

I've thought about the influence of my parents' actions, but not the influence of their complexes. So this was very helpful! 😊
