Finally the technology is really here to do live, what pioneers like HJ wanted to do way back in the early-mid 80s. They did a great job bringing that amazing synth pop sound to the stage. Bravo 👏

I’ve been listening to Howard’s music since 1983 and I’ll never get tired of it. How many more times can I listen to What is Love? One more time.... just one more 🥰

Love this so much. I was supposed to see you in Florida March 27, 2020. Covid-19 Pandemic happened so there went my trip to Florida and to see you in concert for my 50th birthday. You got me through my teenage years through your music. I air banded you in grade 9 1986 Things Can Only Get Better. Your music and Nik Kershaw got me through some dark days and helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank You Howard Jones.

The one to love you is an exceptional song. The best new material you have had for many years. Transform is also amazing. I think you have really hit your stride again. What an inspiration for doing your thing at 65. Holy cow this should have half a million views. That's it, I'm 51 and I'm starting an 80's band. lol. To your manager, get someone to do a doco featuring this footage and everything else. What are you waiting for? Netflix here we come.

Hey Howard! It's been quite awhile since I heard anything by you. These songs are great! It's amazing how you manage to keep the unique 80's retro-pop style and still make it feel modern. I guess that's the trade of a true musical genius. Best wishes, Daniel Vållberg, Sweden

It feels like Howard's vocals have changed something. And this is not autotune and harmonizers...

Can anyone tell me id this show is due to get a CD, DVD and/or bluray release? More and different camera angles would have been good but as it is would be sweet.

There are no other angles, just this one - but hopefully there will be a DVD release - I have done a wonderful 5.1. mix!

The iconic "What is love?" ascending synth solo at 6:26 is ruined by a mash of lost sounds? 😕

@@stephentayler Ooh! Hello Mr Tayler... I reckon you might know a thing or two about Mr Jones' songs ;) Did you go to the Palladium gig last year? I think this might be one of HoJo's best live rigs/sets I've seen, and that's saying something. #transform
@stephentayler4 жыл бұрын
@@ednasdiscomachine6049 Hi there - I was there for the whole UK tour because I designed the visuals and worked alongside the amazing lighting designer Yenz Nyholm. I filmed this show from the lighting/sound desk, and then I mixed the audio for these clips. The Palladium show was really great!! SWT
@ednasdiscomachine60494 жыл бұрын
@@stephentayler Of course! I remember you've done the visuals previously :) Honestly, the staging of his current tour is near perfection. You smashed it, as did the lighting chap (spectacular). There was also something so good about seeing the original New Sing video too... Was Charles Chicky Reeves on the sound desk? Nice guy. Looking forward to when we can all safely go to gigs again soon...
@stephentayler4 жыл бұрын
@@ednasdiscomachine6049 Yes that was Chicky doing live sound. Was really a great experience - can't believe it was exactly a year ago.....
