Thank you Howell. Your videos are great. You're right about the insecurities that we have. But I do really fear that what if I am waiting for something that is never going to happen, something too ideal, something too good to be true. What if I feel like I deserve something good but the good thing just doesn't exist? What if I miss the best that I can actually get because I am waiting for something I think I deserve but I am never going to get? 😔

Hi Jahnvi, fearing that what you are looking for does not exist is likely to keep you in a state of confusion, which will encourage that very fear to continue to be real for as long as it lives within you. Try conceptualising what you want, and mentally picturing exactly what feeling it will give you. Once you have that mental picture, think about what you are doing that is keeping you from being closer to that reality, & start your journey by letting those things go. Think of your waiting as "readying" yourself for what you want to achieve. It is possible!
