After 8 years ... finally I manged to fix my rattly keyboard, torque my display and clean the fan. Thanks a lot for the detailed instruction.

Thanks. I tried replacing the wifi card and opening this laptop was a nightmare. But I did it eventually after many many hours, since I'm a novice. I also find Dell is kind of evil that they didn't include a hatch where the cooling fan is located. Would have made cleaning it so much easier without opening the whole damn thing.
