Thank you for your videos! I don't comment on videos often, but after watching this one I read your "warning" about this being a boring day & I thought I have to say this: you have such a beautiful life. Thank you for sharing! No one has a perfect life, but it's often not hard to tell when people are doing something fundamentally right. There's something special going on here & I'm so grateful you choose to share it-we need more happiness shared in this world. It has made me laugh and learn a good deal. Also, side note, I can tell you work hard in putting these together. As I was watching this video I there was a part when you were riding your bikes-I thought what beautiful shots & editing. It's awesome how you really put work into putting out such worthwhile stuff. I've always wanted to go to Japan and see where my Grandmother grew up, and my father was born, but now after your videos I am even more excited! Thanks again! you should look into getting a coffee press, sometimes called a French press, it's like a glass cylinder and it has a metal filter basically you put your ground coffee inside the press fill it with hot water from the kettle put the lid on wait 5 mins to brew and push down on the lever on the top which pushes the metal filter to the bottom. They work amazing for coffee, plus you never have to buy new filters! Super easy to clean and take up hardly any space plus you can make loose leaf tea in them

I totally understand you after watching this video ! The key points are. H e does not disturb you however he gets up and cooks . The meal is done and he picks -up and washes dishes . While you are doing other things he washes clothes and hangs them on the line and if I remember another video he also corrals your undergarments so clothing will not be embarrassed outside .This being said he a wonderful guy and you are wise lady to have chosen this helpful mate .

+Phil Nolan It's a milk frothing device, I suppose you could but it's designed to make froth, not just mix milk. You can buy non electric/battery operated ones too.

Miya S True, though there are devices to whip it up and get more bubbles in than you can with your hand. Even on the low end I have an egg beater thing that's just a handle with a kind of spring on the bottom that you mash up and down in the eggs, it works really well. Side note: I heard a chef once say that it really helps to add a teaspoon of water to the eggs before mixing them up.

Bean sprouts are awesome. It is super cheap, cheaper than rice I think. However, it is a bit hard to come up with a good dish using bean sprouts, not as side dish, as a main dish. Soy sauce, salt and pepper and bean sprouts. You throw them all in a big pan and stir fry them. A perfect poor person's dish (like myself). I am so looking forward to Ryosuke's cooking videos!
