I love the Monster Ball series, even Lagoona. I was around in the 80s, and she has a vibe from that decade, except the lipliner is weird. Some dolls will just be polarizing, I guess. Also there is probably not a single doll that is unanimously loved or hated. If you think of dolls as a form of art, then of course not everyone has the same tastes.

Thanks for being so honest about collector dolls - it's very refreshing xD Watching these videos is relaxing because it almost feels like chatting with another collector instead of just a traditional review. Not every doll is perfect. I'm sure every collector has some buyer's regret once in a while. Its very relatable and it doesnt make you less of a fan or something xD I wish we'd talk more about this in the doll space

I agree with you; they look good in their boxes. the boxes are really nice and matched the dolls. Also, the boxes protect the doll from dust….

I wasn’t that sure about the fan-sea Lagoona doll either at first, but once I unboxed her I completely changed my mind. She looks much better in a natural pose and without all the overly detailed background of the box competing with her already busy outfit.

I do think the Lagoona has a pretty face, but that outfit reminds me of the ghost pirate move they did in G1. It's just too much plastic. Chill on some of the crazy and make them real chains and then I think there'd be something there. Do really like the face and hair tho. Did you get the Amazon Exclusive Drauclaura Vampire Heart? I think you'd love it! Gothic haunted house vibes 😍

Lol, I thought I was the only one who felt this about MH, there's only a few I'd buy, but the rest of them, whether it's G1 OR G3, is either mid or just ugly to me 😂😂😂 I don't say this too much out loud MH seemingly has a stronghold in the doll community no shade tho

I love your reviews. People are freaks in a bad way. That Skelita is pretty, I think I like my G1 better. I can only think of 2 of her, not sure how many they made. I got the first one, and the other was a pricey collector doll and I was on a tight budget then. That is maybe the prettiest Clawdeen, I buy less of her because she's a werewolf & I go for vampires :) but have a few cuties of her too. Lagoona is so weird in G3 to me, She's one that I strongly prefer G1. I love Fearidescent skulltimate secrets, I got Frankie from S1 skulltimate, & Draculaura, Frankie & Cleo Fearidescent, those are much more my style than the neons.

Even tho I’m a huge Skelita fan. I agree that her Howliday doll is kinda disappointing and not really exciting but overall, she’s okay. Also, have you seen the latest MH release? The Off-White collab and Vampire Heart Draculaura?

I just got the Clawdene doll for free as a Amazon Vine member. Surprise that she was available usually the only dolls available from small companies. Had no plans in buying her but i don't have a G1 doll so why not.

The original Skelita is so much prettier. (And was much cheaper lol) I agree the Howleen doll has a gorgeous face, and the Laguna doll is just a mess lol I like your videos, I hope you keep posting them on KZbin, I’m not on twitch 😢

I pre-ordered the Clawdeen howliday doll as well; I liked the Draculaura howliday doll so much, it was a no-brainer. Glad to hear you like her! I haven’t had the courage to take her out of the shipper…they sent me a busted Ken movie doll a few months ago,I don’t trust them much lmao 😂

They haven't made a decent Lagoona in G3 it's her outfits. The best one is the hair one because her outfit is more simple. I only have three and i got them for $10. I do like the prom Clawdene and the Cleo with the cute snake. You should have waited for that OMG Cleopatra doll she went down to $25. You can wait for all the MGA dolls.

Aww you dont like monster ball lagoona 😞 I love her cause basically her dress is like a type of traditional latino dress but in Prom style. Also it references that she is from the sea, but she looks awesome to me, in person anyway, cause the stock photos show a baggy dress and that ruins it. In reality is fitted which is a good decision

The KZbinrs that i follow often talk about the nasty comments that they receive, and i am always in shock. i don't doubt that there are asshole comments out there. i just don't ever see them. Do you delete the nasty comments? Because i like to read other people's thoughts in certain videos, and i haven't come across a comment that was obviously abusive.

I never delete comments, but youtube automatically filters them on videos, so top comments are usually more positive. And super negative stuff is usually at the bottom. Also, I've seen people delete their rude comments after I replied to them. 🤣 One time, I got in a huge argument with a guy in the comments of my own video, and he deleted the original comment, which deletes the whole thread. 🫠
