Loved the juggling sequence and you are right to start practicing with two balls only. But I'm here to let you know the secret is not passing the second ball from hand to hand - it's "throw, throw, catch, catch" - throw a ball up with your right hand, then throw the one in your left hand up, then catch the first one in your left hand, and catch the second one in your right hand. And continue. So the balls are following an arch pattern in front of you from right to left and from left to right. When you can do that smoothly you can start with two balls in the right hand and one in the left, and before you know it, you're juggling! I'd love to see the team's progress next video!

Yuuummm, I'm approximately 2 seconds in right now and I already wish I could reach a hand through the screen and grab some treats. Chocolate will always be my fave, but key lime pie will always special place in my heart. It was one of the first desserts I'd ever made from scratch. I made it in a crappy dorm kitchen for a friend's birthday and it really started my baking journey. So glad to see this cake! 💚🍋🥧

Pretty sure it's blindbake because you're supposed to put a bakingpaper on top of it and weigh it down with baking beans. As for the result you can't see what you bake = blindbake

You don’t have the weigh it down for the is biscuit crust cause it won’t puff up! You only need to add weighs for baking shortcrust pastry cause the butter (cold) will puff up to create layers so you want it to be flat (hence weighing it down).

Blind baking means: You put the crust, press ist down, and Then you put parchment Paper on top and some dried Beans or lentils on That and bake it, so the dough cant rise much. At least this is How we do it in Germany. Greetings from Germany 🥰

Hey Yolanda, i noticed that your mixer doesn't have a spring and washer on the mixing head. They help so that the mix attachment doesnt get too much wear and tear. Look up Mr Mixit. He fixes these machines
