Congratulations!! 🎉 I love mixed berry too. It could be that the judges didn't give it any reward if you entered the sweet version - the way you guys like it, but it wasn't in the desert wine category? I know from experience; in general, wine judges don't like sweet wines. Anyhow, all of us in the household adore the mixed berry, so much so I make it every year except I do it as a mead. If you haven't already, you should definitely try making a mixed berry mead! Congrats again, that rose petal wine is something special indeed. Beautiful!

Congrats Todd on your winnings, you do a good job, I appreciate your videos they've been a big help to me, I have a question for you, I made some plum wine recently using the 30 day process from your video, but the wine has only halfway in my carboy, it's been in there for about 2 months now, the process has worked fine in the past, do u have any suggestions as to why it hasn't finished yet, thanks, i appreciate all your help.

The wine is ready as soon as you bottle it. I like to age fruit wines 3 to 6 months for my preference. But have some alot older. So it's a personal preference. The rose wine I just won first place was not aged at all.
