Love that film. I remember when I was a Teacher's assistant in high school and my teacher decided to show it one day where we had a double class day (a two hour class rather than the usual one hour class) just before Christmas. Our class room was in the science building and was linked to all the other classrooms with a open breezeway/lab area. My desk was right by the breezeway and I could hear all the surrounding classrooms go quiet when Clark starts his rant about his bonus. At the end when he says "where's the Tylenol?" I hear all the surrounding rooms burst in to luaghter. To this day that is one of my favorite memories from high school.

It's because his channel is literally all about alcohol, and the consumption thereof... KZbin can't outright ban him, because he hasn't broken the rules....yet.. (give them time. Soon, channels like this will be a violation of TOS) So, because they can't just ban him, they bury his channel, so as few people as possible see it. This is how KZbin suppresses content they don't like.

a note on folding in the egg whites. If you do it by hand and just mix in about 1/4 of the egg whites to "lighten" the nog, then fold in the rest, it will integreate much more smoothly and quickly. Also, for a variation on this, do the not-egg-whites portion of this (hold out the alcohol) as a cooked custard, allow it to cool completely, then add the alcohol and fold in the egg whites, you get a much thicker, almost ice-cream textured cooked custard eggnog. ETA: The best carton/store-bought eggnog I've tried is the Organic Valley Eggnog. It's still not as good as homemade, but it's a huge improvement over other store-bought options - and since it doesn't try to approximate the rum/bourbon aspect much, you can spike it and end up with an even better approximation.

Can I just say this is my go too eggnog recipe. I have been making it ever sense this video. I even have people ask me to make it for them. It mad this one elderly lady I know smile because it tasted just like what her husband use to make at Christmas. It's actually something I look forward to making now. I even made it and gave a bottle to my boss. She's now an eggnog convert 😆
