I would write a verse in each little square to memorize them as a sequence. For instance, 5 different verses on salvation, or 4 different verses about the Holy Spirit. They could be the closure to a broader Bible study session.

I just found your channel a few days ago and I am having so much fun! I just made this adorable flippy waterfall thingy with the do-dad and even made it thru the cm reference. I’m going to use them in my ‘Prayer Bibles’. I’m thinking to put the persons or things needing ongoing prayer, grouping likes together; or for a specific verse. Maybe even attach sticky notes to each flap, writing the prayer request on them, so those can be taken off when answered & new sticky notes added to the flaps over & over again! Then put the answers prayer notes into a binder to remember….

THANK YOU for talking about painting the chapels. I’ve gotten into Bible journaling recently and also we just finished discussing idolatry at church. I was really having an internal struggle of “am I doing this to get closer to God, to learn the word, what is my motive and goal here?” And then struggling with do I want people to see my Bible and how colorful and wild is has been getting 🥴 but I am doing this to learn, to grow, to worship❤️ and the only opinion that matter is Jesus’!

I've been thinking about Bible journaling myself and have been contemplating what my motive was too. After watching a few of her videos I know it is so that I may grow in my relationship with God. I didn't want people to "judge" how my Bible looks and if it is too showy. I'm not very crafty but she has given me ideas on how I can add to my Bible. The main things that I write in my Bible are prayers and how that specific scripture is speaking to me in the moment.

Thank you for this video, I’m doing an in depth study of Isaiah, and I’m going to make flaps for the 4 kings that ruled in Judah during Isaiah’s ministry, and a brief background and references of each king: Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah. New idea: I'm gonna make myself a lapbook with a summary of Bible study techniques and tips, detailing step-by-step what I should do: pray, read several translations of the passage, ask questions, meditate, check commentaries, find an application, etc. Then I can use this waterfall card to write the steps of your "Arrow" method in each square.

I'm curious how I can let go of performance mentality on "not reading the bible fast enogh". I have been a practicing Christian for quite a while now and I can't help but thing I should have read my bible through more than once by now but I'm struggling to still read it through in a year.
