I’ll explain the dream to you and I was a kid at this time. So there was a lot of kids in the dream and there was this teacher. Every one in the dream knew I was dreaming and I knew I was dreaming too. There wasn’t really anything scary in the dream it was just that I wanted to wake up and I couldn’t. And dream wasn’t just A minute or it went by quick, it felt like a whole life time. I’ve had this dream a couple times before too.

To make it work better you should set an alarm for around 5 hours after you fall asleep, this way when you wake up and fall back asleep you will be going right back into your rem cycle so it will be easier to get into the dream world and remember it’s a dream

At first, for a while after they died, I'd say, "You're dead!" 😅 Now I tell them I miss them, and almost always, they are confused as hell! I hug them tight, knowing the hug will wake me. I hug them because I can feel the dream slipping or starting to tweak, and I don't know how to control it. i had a dream, i was sent in this water ride like it’s a small world but it had open scenery, i got stuck and i was endlessly stuck, my friends was to (in a diff boat) and she either died, drifted, or escaped, but after a while i got to a jungle gym with doll monsters, i met the love of my life, he looked just so fine and was looking out for me and saving me, we sat down and talked about life, we had so much in common, then came my favourite part, “you know, if we ever make it out of here, do you want to keep in touch?” i said, then he said “I would love that.” and i woke up, as a lucid dreamer my nightmares are dreadful, i cant wake up from them and i am really stressed, but id fight the monsters in that hell-hole for hours to meet him again. his kindness, selflessness, good looks, and good heart are unmatched, unlike anyone i’ve ever met. despite almost dying the whole time we had not one argument, not one issue with eachother, and didn’t even make fun of eachother, we laughed, loved, and shared our thoughts and emotions, for we could have been the last faces we ever saw, i need him back, one last time

So there's the thing. Before I've even seen the video I've always done it. I go to bed and i think what i want my dream to be about. After that i start to imagine it happening. Sometimes it happens when i wake up and i want to continue on dreaming. So i just imagine it and a lot of times I don't even know if I'm dreaming or I'm imagining. Hi, late reply sorry and I’m not an expert so nothing I’m saying is factual sorry! I’m making assumptions so you should probably research it. Playing video games is fine, but it depends on how graphic or gory it is. Lucid dreaming feels real so you don’t want to be killing people or seeing anything of gore. You shouldnt play video games like fnaf because that could induce a lucid nightmare. Though I do think it should be fine, it probably won’t ruin much and the things I’m saying are only assumptions.

Pss sleep paralysis by definition isn’t that your body is paralyzed. The sensation of sleep paralysis feels more gravitational if that makes sense? When we’re awake, we can feel gravity from our weight. In sleep paralysis we feel heavier. We could get out of sleep paralysis, but again, that process involves the mind. An example of this is when your arm falls asleep while laying on it that’s what sleep paralysis feels like throughout our body while sleeping of course.
