Ahh I just realized I forgot black pepper! I always finish it off with a few cracks of pepper. Serves me right for not reading the recipe, but it was delightful nonetheless!

I know how fabulous this dish is gonna' be - similar to a dish we've often cooked when travelling - zucchini, garlic, mushrooms, butter salt & pepper and we like penne too 🙂
