Im just starting with my idea, and im a former wild child, smart kid, that didn't want to be a " nerd" in school, and barely graduated high school. Then i became a homeless drunk. 17 years ago i decided to be honest with myself and started my journey in life late. Im learning everyday about the 21st century business. No it doesent have to change. Your college and degree are very accurate parameters of how competent you are. It will be the case (most of the times) that an average IITian, is much more valuable to a company than a non-iitian. This doesent mean all IITians are better than all non IITians, but it does imply a general, very often true , result .

I booked a hotel in mid summer using oyo app in Lucknow and room was booked @ 700. I called hotel contact number booking was confirmed. But hotel staff who picked my call said we don't have any room at this price

Summary of video as i Interpreted it 1. get your shit in order 2. know your costumers be first subject matter expert 3. always work hard to make sure that your product market fit is well managed 4. choose your beloved very well how do you hire ? bringing people who are ready to stick neck for mission for company - not seeing engineering as what taught in classes but seeing a fundamental problem and applying first principles to tackle it That's all i think

I miss the old OYO. After 2017, OYO has expanded, but the brand experience has diluted. Until 2018 oyo was my go to app for rooms in other cities.. 2018, I was disappointed.. It’s not the same.. It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t the OYO I knew..
