My HP All In One has 3 Ling beeps and 4 short ones. The guy who reformatted it for me said it's just the 2032 memory battery inside. He said just leave it. I did fir a couple of years but I took it apart replaced the battery and it still beeps. I took it back apart and took out the ram and put it back that didn't do it either. I even tried a different battery in case I got a bad one still does it. The girls grand mother had it from new and the grandmother passed away the girl said it always did it from new. I at a loss.

Please check the ram frequency. Also check the how many chips are attached. As Branded Desktop you have to install accurate RAM.
