hola me podría enseñar como imprimir en DVD porque cuando lo hago mi sistema de la pc me dice q la impresora no cuenta con esa función lo cual es falso porque es el mismo modelo q el tuyo. espero tu respuesta, saludos

Just warning folks, I'd find another copier, I've had one of these for a few years and they are a pain in the ass. Plus they are Gavones with ink.... Do yourself a favor and find one that is fast, user friendly and not such a pig with drinking ink.

Assuming this is true, they got worse. The Envy 4502 we've got jams more than actual strawberry jam, is slower than a sloth and burns through ink like it's lighting petrol with a match. Plus it's cheaply built, noisy and generally awful.
