Very helpful. One thing though, my printer had a little color screen and I couldn't figure out how to get into the secondary service menu. Here is the trick: 1. Hit the setup button 2. Simultaneously hit the < (left arrow) and X (cancel) button. This is will take you back to the home screen. 3. Then hit the setup button again and the first choice will be the secondary service option. My printer model: HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf MFP

Thanks. This was very helpful. I might suggest if you ever re-edit it, that you show the orientation of the separation pad cap. It only works properly when installed the right way. I found this out the hard way.
