How do you remove an ink cartridge? Do you push it down, push it in then down then to the left then the right, etc? 😆Seriously, very frustrated here. Just don't want to break this thing.

Actually the cartridges aren't full. When HP ships these cartridges with these printers they are what they call, "test cartridges," they only have enough ink in them to test the printer. This means they only have enough ink to print 10 pages. To me, this is kind of a scam. You need to be careful when you buy cartridges that are advertised as bulk, not in the carton. You may end up thinking you got a deal, when in fact, you were shipped these type of cartridges.

Ensure your phone and the printer are on the same network. Turn off your mobile service on your phone and connect to the same Wi-Fi in your house..

I am 75 yrs old. You started out nice and slow for a few seconds but then went extremely FAST! My 3700 is very easy but xfinity changed out my modem. I can’t hook up to Wi-Fi now. HELP!!
