@@aplusperformancecycleinc Good to see that more people are proving that these m8's in smaller cubic inch builds are benefiting from larger throttle bodies and intakes all day long. It seems to be a common misconception that a larger throttle body will kill the bottom end on these motors and it just don't seem to be the case. What I have found is that it don't hurt the bottom end and actually gives a bump on the horsepower. I'm running the HPI 62mm throttle body and intake on my 114 with 5.5 injectors and a redshift 468 cam and getting 119/133. Just about what you would expect in torque with that cam and about five or more horsepower than what seems about average with that cam in a 114. Also the torque curve is flat as a table top to boot. Zero dip. I was told by my dyno tuner and a few so called experts that the 62mm was way to big for my build and would kill performance.
