*_This is suuuch a good looking truck!_* _This is one that is best enjoyed in as OEM form as possible! Throw a good radio/receiver on it with a good steering servo, tune the suspension and the diffs, and have fun!_

Great little run brother I’m a fan of HPI… the jumpshot got me back in the hobby some years back. I put a castle system in it and got a clear body that I painted this weird silver color with a big rebel flag on the roof of the truck… it was cool until some left wing bug-a-boo made a big deal about the rebel flag at this local track I use to go to… I ended up smashing head on with this dude at like 35mph and destroyed his RC, I can’t remember what his was… but my HPI busted the front end and suspension all to hell… then I never went back

The only Integy part I have purchased for any RC was their single piece rear hub carrier for the Savage. At the time many others in the Savage community back in the day concurred that it was a good basher upgrade. I have had the part on my OG Savage Flux HP for the last 15 years and the truck is still in regular rotation! Last year I upgraded the 17mm hex hubs and stub axles to the new ones used on the new Savage X Flux V2 and it fit no problem...I had previously been running the hack using drilled-out stub axles, Vorza hex hubs/pins, and the nut that holds it all together. I know HPI eventually came out with a kit similar to the hack with hex hubs that worked with the smaller Savage axle pin, but I never got around to getting it since the hack worked well enough...though it was a pain to drill-out the hardened steel axles to accept the larger pin that fit the Vorza hubs.
