its not because of covid, its because recession, covid me ekdm faltu logo ko job mili, jinka knowledge 3 year ke lie tha bhi nahi, ab ye log normal hiring kar rahe hai, to jo shift kar rahe hai fake ke sath, ye possible nahi ho paraha, they need strong knowledge now

The video you shared is too valuable but what the solutions for those who want to switch to IT but don't have experience in IT? Because if they didn't keep fake certificate then they didn't receive any call from HR. So, please give solution for this because most of having same issue and i hope no want want to keep fake experience but there is no other option to get it into IT.

Non it experience is not counted for getting into it industry, but you can negotiate with the same ctc you got in non-it industry

SAP S4Hana Finance is based on Cloud Technology while SAP FICO uses ECC Platform… I will recommend to go with S4Hana. But there is not huge difference between both
