Thank you so much sir for delivering such a great lecture. I have notes of HRM models but I couldn't understand it by reading. Sir you cleared all the ideas behind all these models, and I got all these models thoroughly. There are few models which you didn't include can you please make videos on these model also. The guest model The story's model The Ten C model Diagnostic model of HRM

@@dramitlal Thanx sir, Maybe you can tell-how you get 'feel' of each topics, I mean the crux of the topic as u teach, hw we could get by ourselves. + Some more incidents of yours college time (inspirational, horrible experiences from which u learned a imp. Lession of life).

Hi Amit. I would like to correct you in 5P model of Schuler. The 5 P's you explained is given by Pryor et al. Schuler's 5 P's are Philosophy, Policies, Programs, Practices, and Processes. Have a good day
