Stumbled on your video after my new line manager gave a handbook to all my team that is more complicated and boring than something that comes with a new plasma screen TV. A brick of paper. Culture guides are the best way forward!

Great information! I am building a handbook/culture guide for my medically fragile son's nurses, attendants, and therapists.
