As for Hungary its worth to mention that they only really had 2 bad games since & including Euro, the loss at Euro to the Swiss and the Nations League loss to Germany which saw them try new tactics (nothing to lose there) since than they drew with the Dutch and beat Bosnia. I think everyone had high expectations of them at Euro and all they did was live up to their ranking: beat lower ranked Scotland and lose to higher ranked Swi & Ger. They are a chance for sure but depends on the qualifying group they drawn into (like everyone else)

Greece’s last world cup was the same as Italy’s last world cup so you could argue that if Greece was included so could Italy. They were pretty much regulars in the World Cup before that (like Italy but obviously way less successful).

As a german, one of the reasons why i love the world cup, is to see certain exotic football nations, that you normally never see. I would love to see nations like New Zealand, Venezuela, Indonesia, Madagascar or Guatemala play infront of a global audience and maybe even cause an upset against bigger nations.

Only the 4 best 2nd place teams even go to the playoffs, sneaking into 2nd doesn't even guarantee the place in the next round. Especially with Mali, Ghana and Comoros in the group, even if they finish 2nd, they'll probably have dropped too many points to get into the top 4 2nd place spots

Bolivia definitely has a good chance, probably even more chances than Venezuela. That loss against Ecuador was an away match which is always an expected loss for them (except for that match against Chile lol) They even use an alternative team for the away matches to prepare the starters for the home matches. They still got home games against Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, and Brazil. They can easily get 9 points from there, and get maybe a draw in their away games against Peru.
