I would have thought there were better candidates for preservation. Hopefully the missing parts won't be too difficult or expensive to obtain. They must know what they are doing!

Saddest feature of the video is to see the pendolino passing the abandoned set from the APT project. I'm no expert in these matters but I do wonder how much the Italians learned at our expense (a-la the Comet in the aerospace world)?
