I love Rujuta's advice. Eating homemade food soothes my mind and body a lot. I feel energetic and am able to work efficiently. I feel calm in my mind too.

We Indians, especially Hindus, have ALWAYS had gluten free meals on days in our over all eating culture: Like having kadhi-chawal, rajna chawal, Bajri rotli, jowar Bhakhri, makki ki roti & sarson ka saag, Dosa, idli, sambar, khichdi, paniyaram, appam-aviyal, ragi mudde, arsi uppama, Nachchin unde, bisibele huli annam, then the phalahari vrat/upvaas days, the HEALTHY SALT FREE DAYS are ALREADY built in OUR HINDU DHARMA & Hindu/Sanatan culture.

I personally feel better after not eating wheat. New wheat is genetically modified and not as good as old wheat that older generations ate.good idea not to totally dismiss gluten free diet

Any one tested sugar reading after 2 hours of eating rice daal khichdi. Sugar readings really goes up. This is true for diabetics. How can she mislead people. People lap up whatever she says. If you join her paid course she may not tell diabetics to eat rice.

A few sensible homilies, based alas more on ultra nationalism than science. Heard more in shivirs than clinics. While dal, roti, chawal is undeniably healthy traditional food, it's a sweeping generalisation to say all traditional food is healthy. Take dal makhni, pakoras, halwas, puris, full fat milk and parathas for example. In her hurry to decry anything not Indian, she condemns salads and soups in the bargain. No real advice for the non-vegetarian majority either. The only real panacea is MODERATION, something an old sensible doctor told me a long time ago. Unfortunately she wasn't Indian.

Totally agree with you. She just has one endorsement "kareena kapoor". She keeps falsifying everything other nutritionists speak of. Rujuta speaks only about food and nothing else, whereas Luke atleast gives a full pdf for free with options for covid recovery and diet. a covid patient just cannot eat kichdi,im going through this phase now and i would throw up even if i see a kichdi. I got better in just 2 days bcoz i had a lot of soup(chicken/mutton/beef) and rice kanji for lunch n dinner. I was unable to eat any solid food bcoz of loss of appetite. If not for soups I would have collapsed. Salads have been part of our daily diet since childhood. My family eats cucumber salad, beetroot salad, radish salad since my grandparents time and they are from the village. She is like a frog in a well, she doesn't know that indian food is diversified, each state has different type of food. Im from the coastal area, we don't even have kichdi in our culture, its only kanji or dal rasam ,not even the thick dal is eaten here.

Buy Niranjan Phal, also available online. Soak one nut every night in 3/4th glass of water. Next day morning it becomes larger in size like an egg. Filter and drink that water only. Do it everyday minimum of 2 months or 3 months. Avoid direct intake of crushed ginger or sonth during this period. Personal experience😊, good luck ❤

She has not spoken ANYTHING we ALREADY DID NOT KNOW. I moved to USA when she must have been 15-16 yr old. NO ONE knew ant=thing about her, & probably ebe==ven she did not know all this. There were no internet, youtube, facebook, twitter etc 30 yrs ago for common people. I used ALL this knowledge to keep my dying husband IN NEAR PERFECT working condition for 9 years, WITH LOWEST DOSAGES OF MEDICATIONS prescribed for him. He was suffering from diabetes, & was waiting for a heart transplant. He was tested for ALL parameters EVERY 3-4 month by a team of doctors, who tweeked his meds each time. They were all present at his Kriya Karm 9 years later, because they were al amazed at his quality of life. They all kept asking me what I did to keep him that healthy under these conditions. Well, There is no answer. He just ate ONLY WHAT I COOKED.Only once a month he ate whatever he wanted, samsa, biryani, bhathuura-chholay, gulab jamun, laddu, ice cream... whatever he could want to eat those 2 day in the moth. Trust me, it was ALL THE SIMPLE RUSTIC FOOD I COOKED DAILY for him AT HOME FROM THE SCRATCH. NEVER substituted sugar with artificial sweetener, NEVER left out the yolks from the eggs. NEVER used olive oil or vegetable oil or anything else in place of real butter & desi ghee, & NEVER GAVE HIN SKIMMED or 2% milk... NLY WHOLE MILK & FULL FAT DAHI. Yes, I gabe him home made who;e wheat TAnduuri roti daily, as I hate making chapatis on the tawa

Dont force your baby to eat what you make.. prepare healthy foods in the way she wants... and try not to give any enzymez for ur kid... just identify the taste and texture of food which ur baby loves to eat... and prepare food in that way.. them it will be easy for u... i hope it works for u...
