she changed my life! I was suffering from depression and anxiety which led me to suicide attempts and nutrition deprivation was one of its cause! but by help of her video ! I changed my pattern of eating and got back to my culture! which ultimately helped me in long run! and today i'm happily fighting with depression and i have a hope that someday i will over come it ! thankyou rijuta diwekar! you are truely god sent love from odisha

@@bhavna12r in this 9 kg weightloss journey I decided to do any activity for 30-45 mins on a daily basis...there was no hard &fast rule ki yahi karna what ever I feel like doing I would do i.e. playing badminton with brother or cycling or simply walking with mom or dancing or practice some garba steps or do some excercise or yoga or jump rope or just cleaning my room But rightnow I'm focusing on my excercise routine for further weightloss and try to bring variation in excercise daily

@@nishukokani4855 I have seen each and every video of rujuta ma'am after watching it I got an essence that how should I proceed Most imp thing is don't fall on fancy diet and try to bring lifestyle on the track. What I do? I never made any hard and fast rule for diet or exercise but I always enhanced my knowledge about food and mindful eating I decided not to bring any change that I could not sustain for a life i.e. -dinner ki jagah salad is impossible for me in long run but include it along with meal(lunch) is possible -no Chai (tea) is highly impossible but stop having tea as a first drink of my day start is possible So never be harsh on yrself...never make strict rules instead focuse to gain knowledge...stay happy enjoy journey...observe how yr body responds to small changes and soon you will become expert of yr fitness where you will have clear idea ki Kab khana he kya khana he , Kitna khana he you won't need to ask anyone mostly. That's what I learned and strongly believe So I made small small changes being stick with my roots and culture and gujrati veg khana. Within a year I lost 9 kg and m sure it will never come back again Whatever small changes I made it become my lifestyle so I never even think about it or being strict or alert ki aisa hi hona chahiye vo apne app hota he as a part of habit or lifestyle I hope I answered well & satisfactorily though m not master at it.

So this happened to me, I had covid and from that day I decided that instead of 15 days I will stay quarantine 25 days 1st as my mom has asthma I was afraid to spread infection to her and 2nd to develop good habits. Initially I worked on my sleeping pattern and after 10 days I started suryanamskar moderately. Being in quarantine also stabled my eating routine as I cannot have anything by myself. And this gave me good results in a positive approach. I naturally leave coffee and tea though I was stong coffee addicted and now I am continuously practicing all the good stuff. And to prove I can say that I am travelling right ow and have a little heart cookie packet in my lap. I took it before this video and I couldn't eat which motivating me to continue the dinner before sunset. Thankyou mam, I watched very few videos of you but I learnt so much. And I always proud that how we Indian people have the best habits amd culture. Also I love you write //Shri// on your board before writing anything. Keep teaching us good values mam! The new people need this so much ❤️❤️

Wow rujuta mam m jab bhi aapki video dekhti hu m har roj kuch n kuch seekhti hu ar m healthy lifestyle ko follow krne ke ek kadam ar aage badh jati hu. Waise m aapki bhut badi fan hu. Because aap ek esi dietician h jo sayad hi duniya me koi ho skta h. Matlab aapki video ko dekhkar koi agar ese ache se follow kre to life etni jyada better ho jati h kisi explain kr pana muskil h. Body me dher sari energy. Helth improve, neend susti aalas, body strong💪 and bhut sari bemariyo se chutkara and ar bhi bhut kuch. En sbke liye mam aapka bhut bhut bhut sara thanks.

very true about eating habits when I try to lose weight I start to eat less which most of time I wasn't satisfied so I end up eating fry or mostly sugary stuff which I feel fatigue low energy tired. it's so difficult how start how to maintain weight lose it, how to eat properly, mood swings how to cope.

A similar practice of the Jordan's formula is practiced in West Bengal and Bihar too. The difference is eating in even numbers is okay but in odd numbers is not. And it is religiously followed when somebody is feeding somebody else. For example if my mother is eating something and I ask for a bite, I have to have two bites (not one) or four bites (not three) or five bites and so on ...
