Shocking accident caught on camera as a couple falls into the sea while parasailing in Diu. The rope of the parachute snapped mid-air as the couple was parasailing in Diu. The incident was reported near Nagoa beach in Diu on Sunday. The Gujarat couple, on a holiday in Diu, crashed into the sea, as per reports. The couple was later rescued by lifeguards off the Diu coast. Watch the full video for more details.

This seems very surprising but two years ago I had visited the same beach in Diu, while I was about to sign up for para sailing I noticed the ropes were old and torn I just changed my mind and didn’t go.. but I knew someday or other this incident was bound to happen. Luckily the couple are safe.

Relax, it's Physics. Even if their ropes snaps mid air, the parachute would prevent them from having a critical impact fall upon the sea. The only problem is do they know to Swim or not. Also one should carry a pocket knife in such situation if the ropes get tangled when in water as Bear Grylls used to say..

@@memerboi1213 Hanuman dji: he says if the rope would snaps at a lower altitude their fall still would be broken by the parachute. Besides this is above sea. Have you ever seen para jumpers from an airplane landing on land. Or paragliders with engine. Enough footage on KZbin. Or cliff divers. How about swimming pool. I have dived from 4 meter. I am sure i can dive from a greater hight. Ofcourse without parachute 😄 Paragliding like this is the safest of all. The rest is more challenging.

Horryfying incident❓ There is no danger. If the rope wouldn't break, they would land nearby the boat. Now they drifted away and land further away. In other countries i have seen good ropes break. Reason: when in air, suddenly hard wind, too much stress on rope, rope breaks. Parachute drifted away, boat follow them and get them out of water. These kind of situation are called "compilation". See more compilation uploads on KZbin. Ever heard of sky diving. People jump from airplane and land on ground. Some time in gutter, trees, cars, between animals. Search on KZbin

@@StraightEDGE07 In the west these kind of footage are sent to a program called "funny home video". You see all kind of people of all ages, in all kind of funny situation. It's entertainment. I watch it every week. If the rope wouldn't break, how would they come down ? In this case they drift away. People with boat must follow them, and get them out of the water. It's a funny adventure. That's how everyone should remember this incident. In the west we do the same. If it would happened to me i would do the same. btw i myself have been fallen many times from my bycicle when it's winter and there is ice on the road. Others too. And yes the company would get a fine from the police and a serious warning if it would be the first time.
