@@drpow6244 It's just one location as far as I know. They claim that this SNL sketch was based on their restaurant, and I have no reason to doubt them. They have Greek food, hamburgers, Chicago-style hot dogs, and so on, and everything I've had there was great. If you're ever in the north suburbs of Chicago, you can find them on Dempster Street in Skokie, Illinois.

@@drpow6244 I found a bit more info on the restaurant's web site. It says that "Hub’s has three separately-owned locations today in Skokie and Chicago." (I'm only familiar with the one on Dempster Street in Skokie.) Their web site also talks about the SNL skit, saying "The two skits embody the vibe and feel of Hub’s as a classic casual Greek joint, and poke fun at traditional stereotypes of the happy-go-lucky, loud Greek man with a heavy accent and a thick moustache." :-)

Little known fact - that random guy who’s picking up his food at the very beginning of the scene is actually Hugh Jackman. At that point he’d recently relocated to NYC to break into Broadway, and was taking whatever gigs he could as an Extra to get by while auditioning for stage roles. Pretty cool huh?
