Cry for help. Back in the 90s, there was a guy working at our company who would _cheerfully_ and openly brag about bedding other employee's wives. (The SNL skit reminded me of that.) He was an obnoxious muscle-bound over-tanned creep (more cartoon than man) who seemed to enjoy the bragging as much as being a sex-sportsman. Then one morning we got the news that a very quiet and even-tempered technician in our department had been arrested. He had shot and killed the creep who had been bedding his wife in the tech's own house, and the creep straight to the tech's face bragged about it. After shooting the guy he phoned the police about what he had done, went outside to the front lawn, threw the gun to the ground, then sat down and waited for the police. Another way to "cry for help" I guess. (BTW: Some of the employees at our company rec center put a memorial up on a wall for the creep. They didn't know him as well as the rest of us did, and we made it known; down came the memorial. What a creep.)

This reminds me of Temptation Island... (the dutch version, anywhay) For the people here that don't get the joke. It's about the concept that everyone is so eager to get on television to become famous or rich or whatever that they don't take care to find out if the show they're participating in might be exploitative or harmful to them in any way.
