I keep a bowl on the counter to put the egg shells in and any other trash. Then just throw it and wash the bowl

Absolutely love this recipe! 1:53 Suggestion: try swapping out butter for avocado oil. It can stand 500 degrees Fahrenheit before it burns. Butter burns wayy too easy. You can add butter towards the end and let it melt. 😊❤ Avocado oil doesn’t have a taste so it should not be off putting for sensitive tastebuds. ❤

The egg shells can be processed into calcium for smoothies very easily in the kitchen. You literally bake and grind it into a powder and voila calcium powder for smoothies.
